The event will bring together the community for an evening of authentic Louisiana food\, live music\, and family-friendly fun all supporting scholarships for Baldwin County students attending Louisiana State University. \n\nFresh Louisiana crawfish will be boiled on-site and served hot while guests enjoy live music from Johnny Hayes\, creating a festive Gulf Coast celebration.\n\nThe event is BYOB\, inviting attendees to bring their favorite beverages and lawn chairs to settle in for a true Cajun-style party. Families are welcome\, with hamburgers and hotdogs available for kids and fun activities such as crawfish races to keep everyone entertained. The LSU Alumni Association will be in attendance\, selling LSU merchandise and auctioning off memorabilia and\n\ncollectables signed by LSU coaches and players. CC's Coffeehouse is bringing their Trolley\, filled with Community Coffee giveaways and CC's swag to event attendees as well.
