After Alsace\, we journey to Macon where we taste classic Macon chardonnay by Jean Claude Thevenet. Next on our road trip is a detour in Beaujolais. Then we finish our trip over a glass of Malbec in the home of this varietal\, Cahors. Chef Emily Ackerman will pair a small bite to accompany each wine!
