Job Overview:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to fill the position of Receptionist/Front Office Person. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You'll perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating repair requests, receiving rent payments, and marketing new rental properties.


• Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, keeping accurate records of all phone and email correspondence
• Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
• Coordinate repair requests from tenants, handle maintenance-related questions, and arrange for repairs to be completed in a timely manner
• Follow up on repairs to ensure that the work has been completed to the tenant's satisfaction
• Receive rent payments and provide receipts to tenants
• Market new rental properties to potential tenants using various advertising platforms such as social media, websites, and rental listing services.
• Collaborate with other team members, including property managers, maintenance personnel, and corporate leaders to ensure efficient and effective property management.


• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with marketing and advertising techniques is a plus.
