Job Summary
Table Needs is looking for a self-motivated salesperson, with a proven track record of success who is excited to join an early stage team. As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for one simple thing: booking meetings with prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You’ll be a perfect fit if you are comfortable making many phone calls in a day, creating conversations to keep people on the phone, digging in and are curious, hardworking, bold, and passionate about solving problems. We’ve adopted pieces of the sales strategies found in The Psychology of Selling, New Sales Simplified, and The Challenger Sale and are seeking individuals who are active listeners, quick to comprehend new ideas, prepared to provide unique solutions and insights to buyers, and creative in making things happen. Through all our learning, we have created a Sales Playbook to be your guide. We will also provide hands on training and support to set you up for success. You will be responsible for the initial part of the sales process: adding leads generated by our researchers to email sequences, cold calling leads, calling marketing qualified leads, booking and solidifying meetings for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Do
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving top-of-funnel lead generation and driving our outbound motion. Responsibilities include:
- Learn our Ideal Customer Profile, their challenges, and different use cases on how Table Needs can solve them
- Learn the Table Needs platform and solutions
- Master the Table Needs call script
- Put target market researched cold prospects on our proven outbound sequence daily
- Make outbound dials to cold target market prospects
- Contact Marketing Qualified Leads
- Book meetings with prospects for Account Executives
- Follow up with prospects on meetings to ensure the meeting will be held
- Master the sales process from lead generation to meeting held
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Receive daily coaching, training, and product updates
- Build and maintain a clean and full pipeline
- Consistently achieve weekly quota of dials and qualified leads
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Sales Development Rep or similar role in a SaaS company
- A proven track record of success in sales
- Ability to be consistent in making 80+ dials per day
- Skills to work fast paced in booking meetings
- Strong follow up abilities
- Ability to quickly qualify/disqualify leads
- Able to grab someones attention quickly
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- A curiosity about people and their problems
- High degree of self-awareness
- Ability to apply coaching quickly and humbly

- Experience with or willingness to learn Hubspot, Slack, and Google Suite
- Preferred: previous startup sales experience
