Candidate Requirements: Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen, valid driver's licence, have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, able to provide professional references, pass a TB test (this can be obtained after hire prior to starting)  must have compassion for service, family values, true desire to help the elderly and anyone over the age of 19.
