Celebrate the magic of the holidays at our annual Tree Lighting at Downtown OWA on Saturday, November 22nd. Experience the holiday spirit as the heart of Downtown OWA comes alive with live entertainment and a one-of-a-kind Christmas Tree Show.
From performances by Brody Gravitt and Ballet Pensacola, to meet & greets with Santa and Mrs. Claus, this event promises to be a day of festive celebration. Join us for the grand moment when we countdown to light our 36-foot-tall Christmas tree, followed by fireworks and a synchronized tree light show.
Looking to spread the holiday cheer? Bring a toy donation to support Toys for Tots.
Gather your loved ones and make lasting memories as we welcome the holiday season together! This event is free to attend in Downtown OWA. No admission required.
Schedule of Events
- 2:00pm – 8:00pm:
- Take photos with Santa’s Elves in Downtown OWA
- Enjoy a mini train ride throughout the streets of Downtown OWA
- Reindeer Games throughout Downtown OWA and OWA Island
- 2:00pm – 7:00pm, 7:45pm – 8:30pm: Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus
- 4:30pm: Tree Lighting kicks off at the Splashpad
- 4:50pm-5:10pm: Performance by Ballet Pensacola at the Splashpad
- 5:10pm-5:15pm, 5:30pm-5:35pm, & 6:20pm-6:25pm: Various performances by Classic Carolers on the Splashpad
- 5:15pm-5:30pm: Aerial performance on the Splashpad
- 5:35pm: Live performance by Brody Gravitt on the Splashpad
- 7:25pm – 7:30pm: Live performance & countdown by Santa and Brody Gravitt on the Splashpad
- 7:30pm- 7:40pm: Fireworks show synchronized to Holiday Music
- 7:30pm-7:40pm: Christmas Tree Light show
