Description
The Baldwin Bengals, the LSU Alumni Chapter on the Eastern Shore, will host their annual “Boil on the Bay” Scholarship Fundraiser on Saturday,
April 11 from 4-7pm at Halstead Amphitheater in downtown Fairhope. The event will bring together the community for an evening of authentic Louisiana food, live music, and family-friendly fun—all supporting scholarships for Baldwin County students attending Louisiana State University.
Fresh Louisiana crawfish will be boiled on-site and served hot while guests enjoy live music from Johnny Hayes, creating a festive Gulf Coast celebration.
The event is BYOB, inviting attendees to bring their favorite beverages and lawn chairs to settle in for a true Cajun-style party. Families are welcome, with hamburgers and hotdogs available for kids and fun activities such as crawfish races to keep everyone entertained. The LSU Alumni Association will be in attendance, selling LSU merchandise and auctioning off memorabilia and
collectables signed by LSU coaches and players. CC’s Coffeehouse is bringing their Trolley, filled with Community Coffee giveaways and CC’s swag to event attendees as well.
