The Mobile Symphony Orchestra's Annual Beethoven & Blue Jeans concert is a Mobile tradition! Even the orchestra will be wearing jeans as we encourage you to dress casually, kick back and enjoy great music. You can expect some musical fireworks as this year's program features Tchaikovsky's explosive 1812 Overture. So dress down and be uplifted by a full concert of classical hits. Special offer for families! Through our Big Red Ticket program, sponsored by Alabama Power, you can bring your children to Sunday matinee performances of regular concerts for FREE! The program allows two children free per paying adult and does not apply to special events such as Swingin' Christmas. Big Red Ticket admissions must be purchased through the box office and are not available online. Take Note! If you'd like more background on any of our classical concerts, join MSO's Robert J. This informative pre-concert talk begins at 6:30 p.m. before Saturday classical performances and 1:15 p.m. before Sunday classical performances in Room 1927 adjacent to the Saenger entrance on Joachim Street.
