The evening begins with seating at 5:00 pm, followed by a refined white tablecloth dinner at 6:00 pm, where each course is expertly paired with a distinct bourbon to enhance the flavors.
The menu includes a Spiced Charcuterie Board, Smoked Brisket, and a Cinnamon Apple Fritter. For our guests seeking a plant-based option, a thoughtfully crafted vegan menu is available. The vegan menu features a Vegan Charcuterie Board, Bourbon Chili, and Dark Chocolate Truffles. Each course is paired with a bourbon that complements and elevates the dining experience.
