Certified 5k benefiting LOCAL Breast Cancer Benefits: Providence Hospital Breast Cancer Outreach Fund Location: All event activities will take place at Meaher State Park. (5200 Battleship Parkway East, Spanish Fort, AL 36527) Distance: Certified 5K (AL11009JD) course through Meaher State Park and out and back on the Causeway. Fun Run is approximately 1 Mile. Race and Fun Run will start and finish at Meaher State Park. Packet pick-up and race day registration at Meaher State Park 6:30 AM to 7:50 AM. Entry fees: Entry fees includes a race tee shirt . No shirt option - subtract $3. Virtual Option: Can't make it to Meaher State Park on October 30? Run your own 5K at your own speed on your own course sometime between October 30 and November 6. Post your picture and time on the Bras Across the Causeway Facebook page. Awards: Top male and female Overall and top three male and female in age groups: 9 and under, 10– 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-99. Fun Run finishers will receive ribbons. Shirts: To guarantee a shirt on race day, you must submit your application by October 20. Post-Race Party: Beverages, music, Cammie's Old Dutch ice cream and waffles, Shrimp Boil hosted by Ed's Seafood Shed, and awards after the race. Patients currently in treatment!!!
