Description
The Baldwin County Commission presents its 3rd Annual Holiday Lights Drive-Thru and Christmas Festival at Bicentennial Park. The magical drive-thru experience will open Monday – November 27, 2023, and run through December 30, 2023 (Monday – Sunday, excluding county-approved holidays), from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. each night. This event is FREE to the public (donations accepted). Only passenger vehicles will be allowed. Buses, RVs, and other commercial vehicles are prohibited.
On December 8th and 9th, a Christmas Extravaganza will be held inside the park. This is a walk-thru event only! Parking is available for guests at Live Oak Landing, 8700 Live Oak Landing Road, Stockton, AL 36579 (shuttle available). This event will incorporate Christmas caroling by soloists, and groups, guests will meet Santa, Mrs. Claus, the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, and an elf. There will be carnival rides including snow tubing, kid’s activities, face painting, Uncle Joe’s Rolling Petting Zoo, Balloon Art, Train, Hayrides through the park, singing, food trucks, and much more. The Christmas Festival is also a FREE event (generous donations are accepted). Guests will need cash to purchase food.
The Holiday Light Show and Christmas Festival are perfect ways to end the year. Lights are powerful symbols of hope, joy, goodness, knowledge, wisdom, grace, festivity, and the bright beginnings to come.
These events are sponsored by the Baldwin County Commission and coordinated and hosted by the Baldwin County Commission’s Department of Archives and History with invaluable support from Baldwin County’s, Parks, Building Maintenance, Purchasing, and CIS departments.
