Description
On Friday, October 28th, from 5:00pm, Halloween festivities will begin at the Eastern Shore Centre. - Trick-or-Treat is from 5:00pm - 7:00pm - Children & Adult Costume Contests: 5:00pm - 6:30pm. There will be prizes awarded for both age groups: - Most Creative Adult Costume (18 +) - Most Creative Kid's Costume (17 and under) - Best All Around Costume (all ages) Winners will be announced at the ESC Stage at 6:45pm.
