Segers Aero Corporation located in Fairhope, AL is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. We offer a competitive benefits package and a 9/80 work schedule that includes every other Friday off.
Position purpose is to ensure the facility and machinery is running properly by repairing or coordinating the repair and/or building material and equipment as necessary.
- Responds and inspects maintenance, electrical and building issues in a timely manner and determines cost effective solution.
- Schedules all routine and special maintenance on building and grounds and oversees the work.
- Maintains a preventive maintenance schedule on the A/C and Heating system; Air supply and the emergency power system.
- Conducts safety walks monthly, and documents findings.
- Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations including hazardous communications and OSHA reporting.
