Job Description
• Plan and conduct quality outside calls to generate new business
• Increase quality loans, in-bank referrals and revenue generation
• Generate loan prospects through community involvement
• Manage and grow existing loan portfolio
• Oversee Branch staffing, development and performance
• Responsible for Branch budgeting and planning
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Skills and Education
• Undergraduate degree plus five to seven years of banking experience with increased supervisory experience preferred
• Banking School graduate preferred
• Five to seven years of lending experience in a banking environment preferred specifically experience in underwriting consumer credits preferred
• Five to seven years of experience making outside sales calls preferred
• Capable of sound lending decisions and collecting past dues
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to represent bank in a professional manner
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Critical thinking and reasoning ability
•  Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively with attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent professional and business appearance
• Ability to professionally interact with colleagues and the general public
