The Role: As a Member Experience Representative at our Foley Branch, you’ll be the friendly face helping members with accounts, loans, and everyday financial transactions. You’ll guide members through our products and services, ensuring every interaction is smooth, accurate, and relationship-focused. What You’ll Do: Welcome new members and open accounts. Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions. Provide information about credit union products and services. Identify opportunities to help members make the most of what we offer. Build strong relationships with members and your team. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service and cash-handling experience. Comfort using computers, Microsoft Office, and web applications. Ability to follow procedures, multitask, and maintain attention to detail. A genuine desire to help others in your community. Bonus Points: 1–3 years of similar experience. Bilingual in Spanish. What It’s Like to Work Here: Fast-paced, engaging environment.
