Provides customer service to golfers, assisting with tasks like handling golf bags, managing golf carts, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Meeting and greeting golfers, providing assistance with golf bags and equipment, and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Cart Management: Preparing, staging, and maintaining golf carts, including cleaning, charging, and ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Course Operations: Assisting with tee time management, providing information about the course, and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Equipment Handling: Assisting with rental equipment, cleaning clubs, and maintaining storage areas.
  • Maintaining Grounds: Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of areas like the staging area, driving range, and cart barn.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other staff.
  • Knowledge of Golf: Understanding of golf etiquette, rules, and basic operations.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting golf bags and operating golf carts.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring carts are clean and well-maintained, and that all tasks are completed accurately.

Job Type: Part-time
