Experience:

• 3 years of wireline quoting experience
• Proficient using CRMs
• Telecom quoting from simple to complex quotes
• Familiarity with AT&T wireline products
• Front-line support of Channel Partners

• A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding service.
• Proven ability to excel with various technologies and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary

• Provide quotes and manage contracts for customers and partners.
• Support both direct and indirect sales efforts to drive business growth.
• Oversee quoting portal operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage channel partner groups, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify customer disconnects, generate detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop pricing for complex solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wireline vendors.
• Lead onboarding and training projects for new agents and resellers, ensuring successful integration.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, account updates, and notes in the CRM.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, prioritizing an exceptional customer experience.
• Effectively engage with fulfillment and implementation daily
• Daily Rev Ops mailbox management
