Baldwin County Training on Homeownership Assistance Program

Baldwin County will host a virtual training session for lenders, realtors, and housing partners on March 24 at 10 a.m. to provide information about the upcoming Homeownership Assistance Program (HAP) funded through the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. The session will cover program guidelines, eligibility considerations, and how financial and real estate professionals can assist eligible Baldwin County residents during the application process. Lenders, mortgage professionals, realtors, and title companies serving Baldwin County residents are encouraged to attend.
