USA by the Bay - Introduction to Belly Dance: Movement, Music, & Cultural Appreciation

Description

This four week community course introduces participants to foundational belly dance movements, music, awareness, posture, rhythm, and cultural appreciation.
The class is designed as a respectful, beginner friendly movement experience that supports body awareness, coordination, confidence, safe physical activity, and community connection.

Attire : wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.

Depending on the floor surface, participants may use: bare feet, clearn socks with grip, soft dance shoes, & ballet slippers.
