The Baldwin County Revenue Commission has mailed 2026 Property Tax Notices to Baldwin County property owners. Property taxes are due beginning October 1, 2026, and will become delinquent after December 31, 2026.
Property owners who do not receive their tax notice should contact the Baldwin County Revenue Commission at 251-937-0245. Property tax information can also be viewed online by visiting: Baldwin County Revenue Commission. Those wishing to pay online can select the “Make a Payment” tab and choose their preferred payment method.
Online payment fees include:
• Credit or debit card: 2.75% convenience fee plus a $0.30 transaction fee
• Electronic check (eCheck): $1.50 flat fee per transaction
The Baldwin County Revenue Commission does not receive any portion of the 2.75% convenience fee. That fee is paid directly to the online payment processor, ProPay.
Payments may also be made in person at Baldwin County Revenue Commission locations in Bay Minette, Fairhope, Robertsdale and Foley, or checks may be mailed to:
