FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Jeremiah’s Italian Ice celebrated its grand opening in Fairhope on May 16, 2025, at 18173 Wright Blvd. Guests joined owner Miles Loveland and his team to mark the arrival of the popular frozen dessert brand known for its bold flavors and vibrant atmosphere.
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice has a mission to be the coolest frozen dessert brand, staying true to its core values of flavor, community and genuine service. Their specialty is authentic Italian ice — lighter and more refreshing than ice cream, yet thicker, smoother and creamier than shaved ice. Guests can create custom treats by layering Italian ice with rich, creamy soft ice cream and other toppings for the ultimate frozen experience.
The journey of Jeremiah’s began in Pennsylvania, where it was originally sold from a pushcart in front of the Philadelphia Mint. Today, Jeremiah’s has grown to over 11 states, bringing its signature frozen treats and community-focused approach to even more neighborhoods.
“After 40+ years of teaching and being in the ministry, I seized the business opportunity to share Jeremiah's Italian Ice that myself and my family have been enjoying for the last 24 years. I was ready to bet on myself and grow both personally and professionally through the challenges of entrepreneurship and leave a legacy for my family,” said Miles Loveland.
Loveland shared his enthusiasm for partnering with the local community. “We want to partner with the Fairhope Community and expand our business throughout the surrounding areas,” he said.
