Baldwin County Commission to Name April as Fair Housing Month
WHAT: Representatives of Baldwin REALTORS® will attend the Baldwin County Commission Meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, to be recognized for their efforts in Fair Housing. Evelyn Hall, REALTOR® and Chairperson for BR’s 2023 Diversity Committee, will read a statement in conjunction with the commissioner’s reading of the proclamation.

Every April, REALTORS® commemorate the passage of the Fair Housing Act (signed into law April 11, 1968) and reflect on housing discrimination and segregation, past and present. As community leaders, real estate professionals have an opportunity to be a part of equitable and inclusive change. In honor of the 55th Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, Baldwin REALTORS® invites all of Baldwin County to join us in advancing equitable opportunities and expanding homeownership.
