Description
Come celebrate the early logging and sawmill days of the South on the site of the first sawmill in the State of Alabama! The Stockton Heritage Association, Inc. is hosting its Annual Stockton Sawmill Days. A professional lumberjack show will take place in the morning and afternoon with log rolling, speed pole climbing, cross-cut sawing, spring board cutting, hot-sawing, wood chopping, ax throwing, and chainsaw carving. Live music will be performed all day. Exhibitors and folk artists will have booths throughout the park with fun kids' activities.
