FAIRHOPE, Ala.—Haven for Animals and the City of Fairhope Animal Shelter have each been recognized by Best Friends Animal Society for maintaining no-kill status in 2025, highlighting the lifesaving impact of their long-standing public-private partnership and the community that continues to support homeless pets throughout Fairhope and Baldwin County. The Haven Partners with Tameron Subaru for Subaru Loves Pets® Month to Help More Dogs Find Loving Homes
Fairhope, AL–October 2025—The Haven is excited to announce its partnership with Tameron Subaru for the annual Subaru Loves Pets® initiative, celebrated throughout October. As part of this life-saving program, all dog adoption fees will be waived for the month of October (regular fee $175.00). The same adoption application process applies. Luke Day Food Drive with Nexthome Gulf Coast Living and The Haven
Luke Day is upon us. Beginning tomorrow JUNE 1 and running through JUNE 14 we will have a Pet & People Food Drive, collecting non-perishable food items for our local Blessing Boxes. Then on JUNE 15 NextHome Gulf Coast Living and The Haven will be dedicating two pet specific blessing boxes (Luke Boxes) that will be designated just for our furry friends.
